Massages like real hands and fingers with strength. For neck a little too harsh as the "fingers" or "hands" are too narrow and it's not possible to adjust, that's why I bought it and is I'mnot able to use it for that purpose I have to give only 3 stars. But perfect to massage leg and thighs. Wireless with good battery and USB C fast charging.
